I you need to request credit for a lead you received from HRrates.com please take a moment to review our credit policy below.
I. Provider may receive a credit on a Lead [Proposal Request] previously charged, at HRrates.com’s sole discretion, if:
II. Provider is not eligible to receive a credit on a Proposal Request previously charged if:
2.1 Note regarding duplicate leads:
Please be aware that we cannot provide credit for duplicate leads received from multiple service categories you have selected. While requesting leads from multiple categories will increase your lead volume and marketing opportunities you may assume some risk of receiving duplicate leads.
Example: A PEO Service Provider has requested leads in the following three service categories: PEO & Employee Leasing, Workers’ Compensation Insurance and Group Health Insurance. A Buyer that fits the Provider’s lead profile requests quotes from the PEO & Employee Leasing service category. That same Buyer also requests a quote from the Group Health Insurance service category. In this case the Provider would be charged for the PEO lead AND the Group Health Lead, even though they were from the same company.
III. To be eligible for a credit for a Proposal Request believed to fit the criteria in (Section 1) the Provider must:

HRrates.com reserves the right to contact the User who submitted the Proposal Request.
If the Proposal Request satisfies one or more of the criteria listed above, a credit will be issued.
V. Processing of Requested Lead Credits
Once we’ve received your request our service team will review your request and follow up with you shortly. You will receive an email notice from HRrates.com confirming your request for credit. Within three (3) business days you will receive a second email containing the finding on your credit request.
Approved credits for Proposal Requests submitted during the month the Proposal Request was received will be processed immediately and your credit card will not be charged for the credited Proposal Request.
Credits submitted and approved after the month in which the Proposal Request was received will be credited in the following month’s Statement of Account.
