HRrates.com enables buyers of HR products and services to evaluate free quotes from leading providers who are eager to compete for their business.

HR Buyers are introduced to Service Providers who work with businesses like theirs in their geography. Buyers save time by completing one short form and receiving competitive quotes from multiple Providers who want their business.

HR Service Providers save time and control marketing costs by identifying HR Buyers who are actively shopping for their service in their selected geographies. Providers spend time proposing, closing and servicing new clients - not cold calling or waiting for the phone to ring.

The HRrates.com Process

1. Buyers complete a simple online quotation request form in the service category from which they want pricing. Each request form captures important information related to the buyers' service requirements in that category.

2. HR Buyer contact information and email address are verified if this is their first request. HRrates.com verifies contact information for each new Buyer before matching the request to HRrates.com Service Providers.

If it is the Buyer's first time requesting a quote from HRrates.com they will also be required to provide contact information and verify their email address. A free HR Buyer account is created for them once their initial request is submitted.

If the Buyer has already submitted a request they can simply login into their account and complete a new request form in any category, their contact information will be automatically attached to their request.

3. Quote requests are matched with up to 5 providers through our proprietary matching system. HRrates.com immediately distributes requests to qualified Providers by email and account interface as soon as they are matched to the Buyers' request criteria.

4. Providers follow up with Buyers once they are matched. Response time is shortened because HRrates.com enables Providers to respond immediately to Buyers' requests without interference from a third party.
