Buyers answer questions designed to help HRrates.com match their requirements with the appropriate Providers who serve their region. When the Quote Request is submitted, our software matches suppliers and Providers. The matched Providers then receive an email containing complete contact and service requirement information. Providers can then contact Buyers through their dashboard message system, email, phone or mail.

How can my company sign up as a Provider through HRrates.com?
Provider registration is simple. You will be asked to answer a couple of questions through our easy on-line form including your company’s contact information and target your lead categories. Finally you’ll verify your contact information and billing details. Once our account manager has reviewed your account you'll receive an email notifying you of your activation along with your login information.
How many leads will I receive each month?
The lead volume can vary depending on the industry, geography and employee size of company's you target.Beyond these factors, when you register withHRrates.com, you will select the maximum number of leads you would like to receive each month. You may change this number at any time through your online control panel or by contacting us at customerservice@hrrates.com.
How many suppliers receive each lead?
The maximum number of providers who receive a lead is never more than 5.
What if my category is filled or not available?
If you do not see your category listed, please contact us and we will get in touch with you to discuss adding your category. If a category is currently closed to new providers and you would like to be put on a waiting list, please contact us.
What is the billing cycle for leads?
HRrates.com bills monthly for leads sent during the previous month. You will receive an invoice outlining the number of leads you were sent and the total amount owed. We require a credit card on file and automatically bill the credit card you specify, for your convenience.
Do you offer a guarantee?
We realize that your leads are important to you, and we have an extensive screening process in place to guarantee lead quality. We guarantee that each lead we deliver to you:

How can I cancel my account?
You may opt out of receiving leads at any time after your account has been in effect for 30 days. You must email our customer care department to request cancellation and you will receive an email confirming receipt of your cancellation request. Your account will be cancelled within 3 business days.
What are the primary terms and conditions of the program?
1. You must commit to the program for a minimum of 30 days
2. You are responsible for paying for all leads delivered to you

How long does account activation take?
You will be notified by email when your account is activated. This may take up to 48 hours.
Can I change my lead specifications?
You may change the service category, employee size range, geography and number of leads delivered to you at any time. These preferences can be changed through your online account control panel or by contacting our customer service department.
