How does HRrates.com’s free quote request service work?

HRrates.com offers an on line Quote Request service to business Buyers shopping for Human Resources (HR) related products and services. Buyers answer questions designed to help HRrates.com match their requirements with the appropriate Providers who serve their region. When the Quote Request is submitted, our software matches suppliers and Providers. The matched Providers then receive an email containing complete contact and service requirement information. Providers can then contact Buyers through their dashboard message system, email, phone or mail.

To request quote:

1. A Buyer selects an HR service category, completes a brief form describing their requirements for that service and provides their contact information.

2. If the Buyer has not previously created an HRrates.com account they will need to click their account confirmation link in an email which is sent automatically to the email address they entered when registering (they will only have to perform this step once). Clicking the confirmation email will automatically activate their account.

3. Once the Buyer's account is activated their proposal request is matched to Providers who can best meet their needs.

4. Matching Providers are then sent a copy of the quote request and the Buyer is sent a list of the Providers who have received their request.

5. Buyers will usually be contacted by Providers within 48 hours and both parties can then communicate directly with each other to complete to the transaction.

How many suppliers will contact me?

HRrates.com will match you with the providers who most closely match your Quote Request. The exact number will depend upon the category of your request, any particular specifications you mention in your Quote Request and your location. While the number may vary, typical Quote Requests result in matches with 3-5 Providers.

HRrates.com asks Providers to follow up with Buyers within 1-2 business days. You may indicate to the Providers whether you prefer to be contacted by email or phone or through the HRrates.com Private Message Board.

How Do I Submit a Quote Request?

Submitting a Quote Request is very simple. You will first need to select a category on the initial page of the Quote Request, then complete the form with information on your needs for this service or product. You will then register for a Member account if you do not have one, and submit your Quote Request.

Do I Have to Have Cookies Turned On to Use the Quote Request Form?

HRrates.com uses cookies to make our site more convenient for our members by allowing you to login to your password-protected account more easily.
